Floating submersible aerator for river management, price and model of river management aerator

Nanjing Du'anFloating submersible aerator for river management
Nanjing Du'an Water Treatment Float type Submersible Aerator FQB1.5, with single-sided intake changed to double-sided intake or central intake, and a floating ring (made of stainless steel or fiberglass) installed on the upper part of the intake pipe. The floating ring, intake pipe, and aerator are connected as a whole. As shown in the figure, the floating ring relies on the buoyancy of water to suspend the aerator in the water. The floating ring is pulled by three steel wire ropes, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed to the edge of the pool or fixed with three anchor points in the pond. During installation, place the aerator and floating ring into the water as a whole, and drag them to the designated area with steel wire ropes. Then fix the other end of the three steel wire ropes in three different directions at the edge of the pond. For ponds with larger water surfaces, three anchor points can be set up for positioning. During maintenance, simply untie the steel wire rope fixed at the edge of the pool, pull the equipment back to the edge of the pool and lift it out of the water.

    product overview

Floating submersible aerator for river managementIt is the originalQXB submersible aeratorThe installation method of positioning the submersible motor at the bottom of the pool by its own weight has been changed to the installation method of using dual inlet pipes and suspending it in the water by a floating ring. During the installation and maintenance of the QXB aerator, if there is water in the sewage tank and personnel are unable to operate it, a crane needs to be inserted into the tank for lifting or transporting after draining the water. Moreover, this installation form must be supported by a hard foundation or platform. The improved design of the QFB aerator not only works in the aeration tank, but also

4Floating submersible aerator for river managementFEATURES

    1. Characteristics

    a) The structure is compact, with a small footprint and easy installation.

    b) Except for the intake port, the rest of the parts are submerged in water with low noise.

    c) Inhale a lot of air, produce numerous and fine bubbles, and have a high dissolved oxygen rate.

    d) No need to provide a gas source, eliminating the need for a blower and reducing project investment.

    e) The impeller adopts a non blocking type, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

    2. Construction and Engineering Process

The submersible aerator consists of a submersible sewage pump, a mixing chamber, a base, an intake pipe, and a muffler.

The upper end of the intake pipe is the air intake port, located above the water surface, and the lower end is connected to the mixing chamber. After the power is turned on, due to the rotation of the impeller, high-speed water flows out from the impeller outlet, forming negative pressure through the mixing chamber. Therefore, air is sucked in and mixed with sewage, and the mixed liquid flows out from the outlet, completing the oxygenation of the sewage.

    5、 Transportation and usage precautions

    1. It is absolutely not allowed to use the cable of the aerator to lift or suspend the aerator. When transporting or hanging the aerator, a chain hook with a fishing hook can be used on the handle or the upper cover lifting ring.

    2. The fruit aerator is still in use or immersed in water, and can continue to be used at temperatures below 0 ° C.

    3. The aerator uses grease or lubricating oil, which may leak out due to seal wear. At this moment. Please send the aerator to our company's maintenance department or authorized repair point as soon as possible to replace the seal, in order to avoid burning out the motor.

    4. When the power is cut off, the aerator must not be moved and people must not enter the water.

    5. After installation, the submersible aerator cannot be immersed in water for a long time. It is recommended to run it for at least 4 hours every half month to check its function and adaptability, or to lift it up and store it in a dry place for backup.

    6. The submersible aerator cannot be placed outside the sewage inlet. When the chassis is placed on mud or floating sand, the submersible aerator sinks due to vibration. In this case, it is recommended to suspend the aerator or place it on a larger base plate.

    7. The submersible aerator must ensure safety.

VIFloating submersible aerator for river managementUse in sewage treatment

Due to the diversity of industrial wastewater components, treatment systems composed of several methods often need to meet the prescribed discharge standards. Wastewater treatment can be classified into four methods: physical method, chemical method, physicochemical method, and biological method. Biological method is a method of utilizing wastewater microorganisms to metabolize and differentiate water to degrade organic matter. Due to its extensive disposal, low investment, characteristics, economy, and reliability, it is the most water-soluble method in the world.

Based on the biological treatment of microorganisms under aerobic conditions, it can be divided into two categories: aerobic and anaerobic. In general, aerobic analogy is applicable to low concentration wastewater, such as ethylene plant wastewater; The method of anaerobic treatment of sludge and high concentration wastewater. Aerobic biological treatment can be divided into activated sludge method and biofilm method. Activated sludge process is an artificial water augmentation measure, which is a main task for removing organic matter from wastewater based on activated sludge. Aerobic microorganisms in activated sludge must be able to operate in the presence of oxygen. The relationship between aerobic and aerobic capacity growth in the aeration tank of the sewage treatment biochemical system is positive.

The supply of dissolved oxygen should be based on the number of aerobic microorganisms, physiological characteristics, substrate properties, and concentration. In this way, activated sludge can degrade organic matter under optimal degradation conditions. According to the experimental results, the dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank is maintained at 3~4mg/L. If the oxygen supply is insufficient, the performance of the activated sludge will be poor, resulting in poor wastewater treatment efficiency. To ensure sufficient oxygen supply, it is necessary to rely on a device such as an aeration device.

Aeration treatment of sewage channels can play a role in treating and purifying sewage. Aeration, as an important process in the aerobic biochemical treatment system for sewage, is used to oxygenate the reactor, ensuring the dissolved oxygen required for microbial biochemical reactions, and maintaining sufficient mixing of microorganisms, substrates, and dissolved oxygen in the reactor, namely mud, water, and gas, providing favorable biochemical reaction conditions for microbial degradation of organic matter. At the same time, aeration is also the most expensive process in the aerobic biochemical treatment system for sewage. The power consumption of aeration and oxygenation generally accounts for 60% to 70% of the total power consumption. Therefore, selecting aeration devices with low energy consumption and low cost is of great significance. Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of process technology, in order to save various costs during the operation of such equipment, solar aerators have been put into use. The use of solar energy can greatly reduce the huge electricity costs incurred due to power functions.
